Etienne Blondiaux

Etienne Blondiaux is a seasoned expert in business mentorship, organizational transformation, and human development, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Lead & Care® since 2004. With extensive experience in change management, Etienne oversees a range of consulting and coaching services, including training in The Human Element® methodology. As a leadership coach and mindfulness teacher, particularly in Portugal, Etienne provides executive coaching and facilitates personal development programs across various platforms. Educational achievements include an MBA from INSEAD and advanced certifications in mindfulness and coaching from UMass and other institutions. Etienne has also held leadership roles in notable organizations, including Givaudan and Pierre Fabre, and is actively engaged in academia as an adjunct professor and visiting lecturer.
