Thomas Forbes

Thomas Forbes has over three decades of experience in environmental assessments and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager at CEG Assessments since 2012, where responsibilities include conducting property condition assessments and Phase I environmental site assessments for commercial and industrial transactions. Previously, Thomas held roles as an Environmental Specialist at MetroplexCore, focusing on Phase I and Phase II site assessments, and as a Project Technical Manager at ATC Associates, overseeing industrial hygiene projects. Early career experiences include managing flood control district projects at Quantum Environmental and supervising field personnel at Applied Earth Sciences. Thomas obtained a degree from Louisiana State University between 1984 and 1989.
