Brad Downum

Encompassing more than 30 years of engineering-related experience throughout all phases of development across the country, Brad thrives on challenges and leads an energetic team dedicated to driving projects forward to completion. Brad has been an integral part of CEI throughout his career, advancing with progressive positions since joining CEI in 1986 as a Project Designer and Project Manager.
