Clinton Muse

Clinton Muse is a seasoned Project Manager at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. with extensive experience managing complex projects for Walmart, including the Walmart Home Office Campus and Sam's Club Design Center. Muse has overseen teams, identified and resolved construction-related conflicts, managed civil and landscape design processes, and successfully led multiple remodel projects in Arkansas. Prior to this role, Clinton served as Project Superintendent at Universal Creative, where successful completion of a $110 million hotel project was achieved under budget. Clinton has also held positions as an Assistant Manager Area Development and Regional Landscape Designer, contributing to major developments at Universal Studios. In addition to private sector experience, Clinton served as a Regional Mission Weather Forecaster in the United States Air Force, demonstrating leadership and critical decision-making skills under pressure. Clinton holds a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida.
