David Todd

David Todd has extensive experience in civil engineering, having worked at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. since February 1991, currently serving as a retired consultant. Previously, David managed training across various departments as a Corporate Trainer and spent 15 years as a Project Manager, overseeing the production of construction drawings and administering contracts for diverse heavy construction projects. Prior experience includes a temporary role in International Marketing at Metcalf & Eddy following the invasion of Kuwait, and serving as Director of Infrastructure Engineering Services at Kuwaiti Engineers Office. David's career began at Black & Veatch as a Project Manager from 1974 to 1988. Academically, David holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
