Derek Hileman

Derek Hileman is an experienced professional with a strong background in construction management and education. Currently serving as a Project Manager at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. since February 2014, Derek also contributes as an Adjunct Instructor at NorthWest Arkansas Community College since January 2019. In addition, Derek is the Owner and General Contractor at 4 C Design & Build, a position held since January 2004. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant LIS Manager at Washington Regional Medical Center from January 2001 to January 2008. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Indiana State University and two Associate degrees from NorthWest Arkansas Community College, one in Architectural Drafting and CAD/CADD and another in Mechanical Drafting and CAD/CADD.
