Harold Birk

Harold Birk is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in loan portfolio reviews, leveraged lending, and credit opportunities. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CEIS Review Inc. since November 2014, Harold is responsible for conducting loan portfolio reviews for banks in the U.S. Previously, as Managing Director at Natixis North America from May 2004 to April 2013, Harold co-founded the Natixis Credit Opportunities Fund to address market dislocations. Harold also held the position of Executive Director at CIBC World Markets from 1990 to 2003, where responsibilities included media and telecom leveraged lending and restructuring. Additionally, Harold was Vice President at Bank of New England from 1988 to 1990, focusing on media and telecom leveraged lending. Harold earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Accounting from Boston College and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University.
