Gabor Varjas

Gabor Varjas is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Ethical Hacking at Hackrate, Gabor leads initiatives to enhance cybersecurity resilience for global enterprises. Prior to this, Gabor held the position of Group Chief Technology Officer at MOL Group, where strategic digitalization and technology revitalization efforts were emphasized. Gabor's background also includes roles such as Head of Cyber Operations Centre at Qatar Petroleum and Group Chief Information Security Officer at MOL Group, showcasing expertise in cyber defense, incident response, and threat intelligence. Previous experiences at Barclays and Citi further highlight Gabor's proficiency in cybersecurity operations and the management of security incidents. Gabor holds a BSc in Economics and a BSc in Computer Science from Széchenyi István University.
