Aaron Franklin Soon, MBA, BEngEC is an experienced professional in network service quality and management, currently serving as the Head of Network Service Quality & Experience Management at Celcom Axiata Berhad since May 2020. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Zinier, Technical Director at ONE800 Solutions, and Director at Huawei Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed project management, technical advisory, and performance improvement. With a strong foundation in RF management and optimization from positions at Singtel, Alcatel-Lucent Malaysia, and Ericsson MY, Aaron has consistently demonstrated leadership in enhancing network performance. Aaron holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Database Systems, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, alongside additional educational qualifications in telecommunications.
