Charles Massey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Charles started their career in 1997 as a Consultant at APTUS, where they gained experience in implementing ECM projects and showed strong development skills in multiple programming languages. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as an ECM Senior Consultant at Ford Motor Company, where they provided general consultancy, lead development, and business analysis for projects in the UK and USA. Following this, they joined Blue Tangent as a Senior Consultant and worked there until 2007, focusing on data analysis for clients in the oil and gas and pharmaceutical industries. In 2007, they joined Sword as an ECM Senior Consultant and continued working on projects for the oil and gas industry. In 2009, they worked at SynApps Solutions Ltd as a Senior Consultant, and later joined Salford City Council as a Solutions Architect. In 2010, they joined Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. as the Global RTB/EMEA CTB Technical Lead, leading a global development team to design and support a global ECM solution. Finally, since 2011, they have been working at D4t4 Solutions Plc, initially as a Solution Architect/Pre-Sales and currently as a Technical Lead Solutions Architect.

Charles Massey attended the University of Liverpool from 1991 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, between 1985 and 1991, they attended Pocklington, although no specific degree or field of study information is provided for this period.
