Randy Jones

Randy Jones has extensive experience in business consulting and training, currently serving as CEO of RMJ & Associates, Inc. since May 1992, where programs focus on profit and performance enhancement through business simulations. In addition to this role, Randy acts as a Contract Facilitator for Advantage Performance Group and operates as a Celemi Certified Service Provider, facilitating Celemi programs. Prior roles include Sales Training Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation, Director of Education and Development at GMD Systems International, and Customer Executive Education at IBM, where Randy consulted for Fortune 100 executives. Randy also has academic experience as an Associate Professor at Chattahoochee Valley Community College. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business from the University of Kentucky.
