Michael Ruffe has held various positions in the technology and hospitality industries. From 2015 to present, they have worked at Celerant Technology as a Software Developer, Application Support Developer, Application Support Technical Team Lead, Application Support Technician - Post Update, and Application Support Technician. In these roles, they have developed new features and committed bug fixes in desktop, web, and mobile applications, created internal tools to increase tech support work productivity, managed a team of 5 support technicians, and conducted client updates across production environments. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at The Walt Disney Company as a Disney's Magical Express Assistant and Front Office Bell Service. In these roles, they gathered incoming guests' luggage information, organized and recorded the data, processed bags, generated work orders, managed bellmen, answered numerous phone calls, and provided guests with information about the resort and the Walt Disney World property.
Michael Ruffe received their Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from the City University of New York- College of Staten Island in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Advanced Regents Diploma from St. Peters Boys High School in 2011.
