Juan Carlos Ramirez has a diverse work experience, starting as an Audit Intern at Bancolombia in 2007. Juan Carlos then went on to co-found IDlink S.A.S. in 2008 and worked there until 2015. During their time at IDlink S.A.S., they served as a co-founder. In 2016, they became a Startup advisor at Startupbootcamp and later that year, they became the CEO and Co-founder of Celerik, a role they currently hold.
Juan Carlos Ramirez completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Imperial College Business School in 2016. Juan Carlos also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Universidad EAFIT, which they obtained between 2002 and 2008. Additionally, they pursued a Scholarship Semester Abroad in Computer Science at Concordia University in 2005.
In terms of certifications, Juan Carlos received the following: Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Agile Institute in February 2015, SOA ESB Certified Developer from WSO2 in September 2014, Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in May 2014, Gamification from the University of Pennsylvania in April 2014, RFID+ Certified Professional from CompTIA in December 2008, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2020.
