Troy Kuenning

Troy Kuenning has a diverse range of work experience in the field of quality assurance. Troy began their career as a Pharmacuetical Analyst II at Novartis Consumer Health in 2004, where they worked until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Quality Analyst at Farmland Foods. Troy then joined Xpanxion in 2010, starting as a Quality Assurance Analyst and later transitioning to the role of Senior QA Analyst. At Xpanxion, they performed functional, regression, and automated testing for various client applications, including database testing using tools such as HP Quality Center, MSSQL, and PL/SQL. In 2013, Troy joined Hudl as a Quality Analyst and was responsible for creating test plans, executing manual testing, and troubleshooting production issues. Troy also performed automation testing using Javascript with Phantom JS. In 2014, they worked as an Independent Quality Assurance Contractor for Celerion, manually testing Oracle Forms and creating and executing automated test scripts using Sahi. At the same time, they also worked as an Automation Engineer at ATech, where they performed formal testing with government representatives and implemented automation by converting regression test suites to Gerkin, using Ruby and Cucumber for creating and maintaining automation scripts. Most recently, Troy returned to Celerion in 2016 as a Software Tester, where they continued to manually test Oracle Forms and create and execute automated test scripts using Sahi.

Troy Kuenning obtained an Associate degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University in the year 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, between 1990 and 1995. Furthermore, they obtained the certification of Certified Tester Foundation level from ISTQB in December 2011.
