Alex W. serves as Vice President of Strategic Finance and M&A at Celero Commerce, alongside the role of Director of Strategic Finance. With a background as Managing Director at SIG Capital since 2017, Alex focuses on supporting founders of SaaS/Software companies in need of growth capital. Previous experience includes roles in mergers and acquisitions at Greater Sum Ventures Acquisitions, credit risk administration at HomeTrust Bank, and credit administration at Nantahala Bank & Trust Company, among others. Alex holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, a degree in Banking and Risk Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from Western Carolina University.
