Leonardo Moreira Alves has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Leonardo began their career as an Estagiário de Recursos Humanos at Copel in 2012 before transitioning to positions in logistics, support, and procurement at Multilit Fibrocimento LTDA from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, they joined CS MOVE - Customer Success em movimento as a Community Manager. Leonardo then joined Celero in 2017 and has held various roles, including Customer Success Operations, Customer Success Leader, Head of Customer Experience, and currently serves as the Head of Product.
Leonardo Moreira Alves completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at UNIFACEAR - Centro Universitário from 2014 to 2017. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Customer Experience Fundamentals from Track.co. Additionally, they completed a Technical degree in Administration integrated with High School at Colegio Estadual Professor José Guimarães from 2010 to 2013. Leonardo also completed a GBA (Gestão de Pessoas com ênfase em Liderança Organizacional) at Escola Conquer in 2019.
