Erin Bryan Eklund

Erin Bryan Eklund, MA, SPHR has extensive experience in HR operations and management. Erin is currently working at Celeros Flow Technology as the HR Operations Director since July 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Sr HR Operations Manager at the same company from July 2020 to July 2022. Before joining Celeros Flow Technology, Erin worked at Belk as the Director of Benefits from September 2019 to July 2020. Erin also held various positions at Belk, including Sr Manager of HR Shared Services from July 2018 to July 2019, HR Shared Services Manager from March 2017 to June 2018, and HR Compliance Manager from September 2015 to March 2017. Prior to Belk, Erin served as the Sr HRIS Analyst at Kennametal from August 2011 to June 2015. Erin'searlier experience includes roles at LendingTree, where they were the HRIS Manager from March 2008 to August 2011, and at the University of North Carolina Charlotte - Atkins Library as an HR Intern from August 2003 to May 2004. Erin also worked as an Intern in Staffing Practices at Bank of America from May 2003 to August 2003.

Erin Bryan Eklund, MA, SPHR, received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2002. Erin then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, Erin has also earned various certifications including the Professional in Human Resources certification in 2010, the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in 2012, and the SHRM-SCP certification in 2015. Erin has also obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management certification in 2007 and is currently pursuing the Women in Leadership Institute certification.
