Jeremy Sklaroff

Jeremy Sklaroff serves as General Counsel and Head of Operations at Celestia Labs since April 2022, following a tenure as General Counsel and Ops at Edge & Node from February 2021 to April 2022. Prior legal experience includes positions as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2018 to February 2021 and a Summer Associate in 2017. Jeremy's operational leadership also includes roles as Project Director for Optimizing Government Project and Vice President at v2 Ratings. Additional experience encompasses Chief Operating Officer at Occom and Assistant Vice President at The Clearing House. Jeremy holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an MBA from The Wharton School, and a BA in Anthropology from Columbia University.
