Farhad Pakravan

Farhad Pakravan is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in hardware engineering and significant contributions to the tech industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Hardware Engineering at Celestica since September 2021, Farhad is instrumental in establishing a North America-based development presence focused on high-end silicon technologies for data center systems. Farhad co-founded HiPic, Inc., leading the evolution of a biosensor tool into a mass-producible platform from 2017 to 2021. Previous roles include Vice President at Huawei Technologies, where Farhad managed multiple R&D groups and significantly contributed to revenue growth, and Senior Director at Cisco, overseeing core routing product development. Academic credentials include both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
