Nicholas Karakolis

Nicholas Karakolis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and sales enablement, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Excellence at Celestica since May 2016. In this role, Nicholas oversees strategic planning discussions among segment leaders and sales teams to ensure alignment with growth targets, leveraging data analytics to provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership. Previously, Nicholas held several positions at TD from September 2008 to April 2016, including Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included managing investor centers and growing the client base. Nicholas began the career at the City of Toronto as an Aquatic Lifeguard and Swim Instructor, demonstrating a strong foundation in client engagement and instructional skills.
