Luis Francisco

Luis Francisco possesses extensive experience in network engineering, currently serving as an NPO Engineer at UST since March 2023. Previously, at Celfinet from June 2015 to February 2023, responsibilities included performance optimization for 2G, LTE, and 5G networks and interference analysis for major UK operators. Before that, experience as a RAN Engineer at NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks from December 2008 to May 2015 involved tasks such as site optimization, benchmarking, and software upgrades across various international telecommunications projects. Luis Francisco holds a BEng in Network and Telecommunications from the Polytechnic of Leiria, obtained between 2001 and 2008.
