Alex Lindsay

Alex Lindsay is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in high-volume international recruiting and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and Operations Lead at Celigo since November 2020, Alex collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance candidate experiences while leading initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring. Prior roles include Recruiting Project Manager and Coordinator at NAUTO, where Alex orchestrated global events and developed onboarding processes, and Recruiting Coordinator at Google, supporting a high volume of interviews and streamlining the YouTube interview process. Earlier experience includes managing communications and events for the National Eczema Association and building customer success strategies at Andalou Naturals. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, Davis.
