David Yu

Dr. Yu joined the company in 2006 as the Vice President of Research & Development, and in 2011 moved into his current role. In 2013, he completed the Executive Leadership Development program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Dr. Yu gained experience in cell biology and biochemistry through a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford, following his PhD from the University of Virginia and Bachelor of Science at UCLA. Dave’s work on histone acetylation and DNA repair led to a co-first author article in the journal Nature, and a cover story in Genetics.
