Rajeesh R has worked in three companies, starting with The Kerala Minerals & Metals Limited in 2014 as a Trainee. In 2015, they became an Apprentice Trainee at Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC). From 2016 to present, they have been employed at Cell Propulsion, beginning as a System Engineer, then as a Lead Engineer, and currently as Vice President- Electrical and Electronics Systems. As System Engineer, they were responsible for the design, development, implementation, and documentation of motor drive for Electric vehicle and solar pump. As Lead Engineer, they developed 1KW powertrain and managed projects. As Vice President, they are responsible for the design, development, implementation, and documentation of Battery Management System for Electric vehicle, as well as providing direction and oversight to other engineers.

Rajeesh R completed a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation from the College of Engineering, Kidangoor, between 2010 and 2014.
