Jason Prater

Jason Prater has been working in the software industry since 1998. In that time, they have held a variety of roles, including Developer/Account Manager at Plexus Systems, Materials Manager at Sigma Stamping, Director of Development at Plex Systems, Inc., Interim Group Vice President of Infrastructure at Plex Systems, Inc., Group Vice President of Development at Plex Systems, Inc., Advisor at Great Recruiters, Technical Advisor/CTO at Andonix, and Co-Founder and CEO at Cella Technologies. At Plexus Systems, they developed, implemented, and supported a custom ERP solution for a $40 million dollar tier one automotive supplier. At Sigma Stamping, they were in charge of production scheduling, supply chain delivery, materials management and customer relations for a tier one automotive supplier. At Plex Systems, Inc., they scaled the in-house engineering team to 130 people, while bringing on new disciplines of documentation, QA and deployment management, and leveraged a large outsource team to convert the main product to a modern platform. At Great Recruiters, they provided recruiters and managers with real-time, actionable insight from their candidates. At Andonix, they helped bring great power and flexibility to the shop floor for labor-intensive activities. At Cella Technologies, they created software for manufacturers that makes a positive impact on the shop floor.

Jason Prater attended Albion College from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
