Tamanna Sharma

Tamanna Sharma is a Senior System Engineer at Cellares since March 2022, serving as the technical lead for a cross-functional team focused on the automated manufacturing system for cell and gene therapy. Prior to this role, Tamanna held various engineering positions at BD from July 2018 to February 2022, contributing to multiple clinical and research platforms and leading product development activities to enhance existing products. Tamanna also has experience collaborating on the FACSDuet™ product launch during the FDA approval process. Earlier, Tamanna completed an R&D Systems Engineer Internship at Tergis Technologies and developed a medical device prototype for neonatal jaundice treatment as a project manager during a capstone program. Tamanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Merced, earned in 2018.
