Julian JH Lee

Julian JH Lee has worked in the healthcare industry for over two decades. In 1996, they began their career at Samsung Medison as a Product Manager and Senior Engineer. In 2005, they were promoted to Director of Global Marketing at Samsung Medison. In 2008, they were a Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, where they led a financial modeling project and developed a strategic plan for the Pharmacy Operations. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Marketing & Biz Dev at Samsung Medison America. In 2012, they founded hConnect Lab. and offered a healthcare information management system for the fragmented and disconnected US healthcare environment. In 2018, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of Cellfie, a mobile payment application that turns a consumer's mobile phone into an EMV POS terminal.

Julian JH Lee received their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kyungpook National University in 1990-1994. Julian JH then went on to receive their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in 1994-1996. Finally, they earned their MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2007-2009.
