Shawn D'Gama

Shawn D'Gama has worked in the engineering field since 2014. Shawn began their career at RI Marketing Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc., as a Field Service cum Applications Engineer. In 2017, they began working at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis as a Computer Consultant for the Technical Computing Center, and as a Teaching Assistant. Shawn also worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Alpha Technologies, a Roper Technologies company. In the same year, they began working as a Research Engineer for the Battery Team at the School of Engineering and Technology, IUPUI. In 2018, they started working at ERNI Electronics - Americas as a Field Application Engineer. Currently, they are employed at TE Connectivity as a Field Application Engineer and at CelLink Corporation as an Application Engineer.

Shawn D'Gama obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 2009 and 2013. Shawn then obtained a Master Diploma in Product Design and Analysis from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in October 2013. Following this, they obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics) from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis between 2016 and 2018. In June 2018, they obtained an SAE Professional Development Program certificate in Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Engineering from SAE International. In July 2018, they obtained a CANalyzer Workshop - Introduction to CAN, CANalyzer and CAPL certificate from Vector North America. Finally, in June 2021, they obtained an Exploratory Data Analysis with MATLAB certificate from Coursera.
