Paul Walden

Paul Walden, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of medical affairs and scientific communications. Paul is currently working as the VP of Medical Affairs at Celltrion Healthcare Co., Ltd. Since starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held roles at Coherus BioSciences, where they served as the VP and later as the Executive Director of Medical Affairs and Scientific Communications from 2020 to 2023. Paul also worked at Heron Therapeutics, Inc. as the Executive Director and Senior Director of Medical Affairs and Scientific Relations from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, they gained experience as the VP of Clinical Services at Precision For Medicine from 2013 to 2016 and as the VP of Scientific Services at p-value communications from 2012 to 2013. Before transitioning into industry roles, they had a significant academic career, serving as an Adjunct Associate Professor at NYU School of Medicine from 2008 to 2012 and as an Associate Professor from 1989 to 2007. Paul also worked as the VP of Medical at Health Science Communications New Jersey (an Omnicom Company) from 2010 to 2012.
