María Isabel Sánchez is a mechanical engineering professional with diverse experience in research and engineering internships. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at SOS Carbon since June 2024, María previously held the role of Prototype Engineer Intern at Callaway Golf from June to August 2023. As a CAS Fellow at the Cellular Agriculture Society, María contributed to the South America chapter of the "Modern Meat" textbook and conducted research on the economic viability of cultured meat in the Dominican Republic.
