Jacob McGregor

Jacob McGregor is an IT Operations Support Analyst Tier 1 at Cellular Sales since October 2022, responsible for maintaining CISCO and Meraki switches, providing support to 800 locations, ordering replacement devices, and managing outages. Prior experience includes serving as a freelance IT Support Technician in 2022, as well as working as an IT Support Specialist and sales representative at Cellular Sales from November 2019 to December 2021. Jacob also held the position of Server Trainer at Texas Roadhouse from January 2017 to September 2019, where training new staff and managing front-of-house operations was key. Jacob McGregor is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Western Governors University while having obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Canadian Valley Technology Center in 2022.
