Ansar Zhalyal

Ansar Zhalyal, PhD has a wealth of experience in the technology and healthcare industries. In 2019, they became the CEO of Celly.AI, an iOS app for AI-driven microscopy automation. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Medicine Live, a professional network for Russian-speaking physicians, from 2013 to 2019. Before that, they were the Lead Development Manager at Vimpelcom from 2012 to 2013, where they launched more than 10 IT products and services with a total annual revenue of more than $100M. Ansar's focus was on project management, new services launching, architecture development, and release management.

Ansar Zhalyal, PhD obtained their Master of Science degree in Medical Physics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in 2013. Ansar then went on to pursue their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biophysics and Molecular Biology from the Center for Theoretical Problems of Physicochemical Pharmacology RAS, Moscow, which they completed in 2018. In 2019, they attended the Alchemist Accelerator in San Francisco to gain additional business, sales, and leadership skills.
