Chris Ferraro

Chris Ferraro is currently the Chief Restructuring Officer, CFO & Interim CEO at Celsius. Prior to this, they were with Day1AG from September 2019 to March 2022, where they developed profitability strategies for two legacy portfolio companies, worked closely with the CEO/CFO to implement strategies including the repricing or exiting of products, restructuring costs and balance sheet optimization, and improved the funds transfer pricing, capital and cost allocation processes. Chris also has experience as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. from June 1998 to September 2000 and as Managing Director - Head of FP&A with JPMorgan Chase & Co. from February 2001 to November 2018. In addition, they were an early investor and contributor with Light In The Attic Records & Distribution from January 2003 to January 2008.
