Mike Adamson

Mike Adamson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in various roles. Mike recently worked at Celtra as the Director of Talent Development & Operations, where they were responsible for global talent acquisition, compensation and leveling structures, organizational design and effectiveness, and global resourcing and budget analysis. Prior to that, they held positions at Celtra as the Director of Talent Acquisition, Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, and Manager of Talent Acquisition. Before joining Celtra, Mike worked at SmartBear Software as a Talent Acquisition Manager, and at Vistaprint and Cimpress as a Campus Recruiter. Mike also had a stint at CDM Smith as a College Recruiter and Human Resources Coordinator.

Mike Adamson attended Northeastern University from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree. Mike majored in Psychology and minored in Business Administration.
