John Haines

John Haines serves as the Senior Executive Vice President, Global Manager, and Chief Administrative Officer at Celularity Inc. since November 2016, also holding the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. At the Foreign Policy Research Institute, John has been a Senior Fellow and the Founding Co-Director of the Eurasia Center since April 2014, focusing on WMD threats, countermeasures, and Russian influence operations. Previously, John was the Founding CEO of Andiscern Corporation (2013-2017) and Ionetix Corporation (2009-2013), specializing in nuclear counterterrorism and particle accelerator technologies, respectively. Additional experience includes serving as the Managing General Partner at Highgate Ventures (2004-2009) and as President & Chief Operating Officer at Anthrogenesis Corporation (1999-2003). John Haines holds an MA with Distinction from King's College London and has pursued studies at Stanford University School of Engineering, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and Villanova University.
