Tim Palmer, GISP

Tim Palmer, GISP has worked in the GIS field since 1993. Tim began their career as GIS/GPS Manager at the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. In 2000, they moved to Enterprise Information Solutions as a GIS Project Manager. In 2011, they became Group Leader at Chesapeake Environmental Management, Inc. and in 2014, they were an Associate at Wallace Montgomery. From 2016 to 2022, they held various positions at Chesapeake Environmental Management, Inc., including Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Associate. Tim then co-founded and became Program Ambassador for America's Commerce Corps (ACC) in 2022.

Tim Palmer, GISP obtained their Certified GIS Professional certification from the GIS Certification Institute (GISCI) in July of 2015. Tim completed their Bachelor of Science in Geography and Regional Planning at Salisbury University from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Bel Air High School from 1984 to 1988. Tim also attended the Harford Leadership Academy.
