Sagit Ifrach Rotstein

Sagit Ifrach Rotstein has a diverse work experience in various industries. In their current role as a Project Manager at Cemento since 2021, they are responsible for leading post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of customers. Prior to joining Cemento, Sagit worked at the Tel Aviv Yafo Municipality from 2018 to 2020. Sagit held the positions of Director of the Kindergarten Teacher assistant's department and Kindergarten regional manager. In the former role, they were responsible for managing 1,500 Kindergarten Teacher assistants, overseeing department projects and activities, and providing strategic advice to the Kindergarten department manager. As a Kindergarten regional manager, they managed operations and logistics for over 70 kindergartens, coordinated the educational team, and provided support to parents, teachers, and teacher assistants.

Before their tenure at the Tel Aviv Yafo Municipality, Sagit worked at the Ma'ale Yosef Regional Council from 2015 to 2017. Sagit served as the VP of Projects and settlements expansion, managing projects and the council's business development. Additionally, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, overseeing projects in various municipal fields and planning, monitoring, and evaluating department working plans.

Sagit began their career as a Cadet for the Municipal Service program at Atidim and the Ministry of Interior from 2013 to 2015.

Sagit Ifrach Rotstein completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2011 and 2013. Sagit then pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Local Governance at the University of Haifa from 2013 to 2015.
