Sagit Ifrach Rotstein has a diverse work experience in various industries. Before their tenure at the Tel Aviv Yafo Municipality, Sagit worked at the Ma'ale Yosef Regional Council from 2015 to 2017. Sagit served as the VP of Projects and settlements expansion, managing projects and the council's business development. Additionally, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, overseeing projects in various municipal fields and planning, monitoring, and evaluating department working plans.
Sagit began their career as a Cadet for the Municipal Service program at Atidim and the Ministry of Interior from 2013 to 2015.

Sagit Ifrach Rotstein completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2011 and 2013.
