José Mansilla has extensive experience in operations management and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional Chief of Operations at Cementos Pacasmayo SAA, José has previously held positions as Head of Production at both Aris Industrial S.A. and PRECOR SA. Additionally, José has worked as an Operations and Process Improvement Consultant in a freelance capacity and contributed as a Strategy Business Consultant for RANSA as part of an MBA project.
