Cathy Mann

Cathy Mann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in public affairs, communications, and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as the VP and Global Head of Public Affairs at CEMEX, Cathy designs and implements outreach strategies to enhance the company's reputation. Previously, Cathy held the position of Global Head of Corporate Affairs at Westinghouse Electric Company, where media relations and brand strategy were paramount. With a strong leadership role at The Association of Former Students, Texas A&M University, Cathy made history as the fourth woman to chair the board and successfully led the largest annual fundraising efforts. Additional experience includes significant roles at the American Bureau of Shipping and Halliburton, where strategic marketing and corporate communications were central to the respective functions. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Rice University.
