Luis Hernández

Luis Hernández is an experienced executive with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Administration and Organization at CEMEX since July 1996. In this role, Luis oversees various global functions including Organization & HR, Processes & IT, Digital Innovation, Global Service Organization, Vendor Management, and NEORIS. Prior to CEMEX, Luis worked at McKinsey & Company as a Consultant and Engagement Manager from July 1991 to June 1996. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy and an MSc in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a BSc in Civil Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
