Nicholas Kolowich

Nicholas Kolowich is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Area Operations Manager at CEMEX since July 2017, Nicholas has held various roles, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Plant Manager. Prior military experience includes positions as Senior Operations Manager with the U.S. Army, Project Superintendent at Concrete Preservation Institute Inc., and Senior Personnel Manager, alongside diverse roles from Infantry Soldier to Platoon Sergeant spanning over 15 years. Nicholas holds an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from American Military University, complemented by specialized military leadership training, including the Company Commander/First Sergeant Course and the U.S. Army Senior Leaders Course.
