Ramon Font Martinez

Ramon Font Martinez has extensive experience in operations management within the construction materials industry, currently serving as RMX Operation Manager in Spain and previously as Gerente de Operaciones Materiales Levante at CEMEX since March 2018. Prior to this role, Ramon held the position of Director de operaciones at CFM Minerales S.A. and was responsible for production planning and control while promoting Lean methodologies. Ramon's earlier tenure at CEMEX included roles as Gerente de Producción Hormigón, Aridos y Mortero de Aragon-Cataluña and Gerente de Calidad Hormigón Morteros y Áridos Cataluña. Additionally, Ramon worked as Jefe de Calidad at Lafarge and as Director de Laboratorio at MAESTRAT CONTROL, SL. Ramon holds a LEAN MANUFACTURING degree from Universidad Católica de Ávila and an Ingeniero Tecnico Industrial, Quimica Industrial degree from Universitat Politècnica de València.
