Robson Carminati has a strong background in business development and equity management. Robson started their career in 2007 as an Electrical Engineer, overseeing the construction of substations and transmission lines. Robson then transitioned into a Business Development Engineer role, where they played a key role in the acquisition of Renova Energia by Cemig GT. In 2015, they became a Business Development Manager, responsible for financial and technical committees at GASMIG and handling the follow-on process for Light S.A. In 2007, they joined CEMIG as the Head of Business and Equity Management, overseeing mergers and acquisitions in power generation and transmission assets. Robson also served on various boards, including Cemig SIM, Retiro Baixo Energética, and Ativas Data Center. Additionally, they held a director position at RME - Rio Minas Energia Participações S.A. and served as a board member of Madeira Energia S.A. - MESA. Robson Carminati has a strong education background in the fields of finance and engineering. Robson obtained a postgraduate degree in Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral in 2010.
