Josh Nichols

Josh Nichols is an experienced operations manager currently leading the team at Cencora since February 2020, where responsibilities include providing guidance to associates and driving program performance through established metrics and goals. Prior to this role, Josh served as a client partner at Core Strengths, managing business development in the Southern Region and facilitating training and consulting solutions. With a robust background in sales management at Red Ventures, Josh progressed through various roles, from senior performance manager to team lead, successfully building sales teams and enhancing performance. An earlier position as a golf shop assistant at Sedgefield Country Club involved effective communication and inventory management. Josh is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Iowa, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Greensboro College.
