Kirstin Watts has an extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Commercial Learning & Enablement, US Pharmaceutical & Animal Health at Cencora. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Commercial Enablement, US Pharmaceutical & Animal Health at AmerisourceBergen. Kirstin also had various roles at AmerisourceBergen, including Vice President of Sales Operations & Enablement, Senior Director of Health Systems & Government Sales, and Director of Strategic Accounts, Health Systems. Before joining AmerisourceBergen, they worked at Provista as a Regional Sales Leader and at Avella Specialty Pharmacy as a Regional Director of Sales. Kirstin started their career at Cardinal Health as a National Sales/Business Development professional in the oncology field.

Kirstin Watts, MHA, attained their Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from Ohio University in the years 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Organizational Communication from the same institution. Furthermore, Kirstin has a background in Music Performance (Voice/Opera) from the University of Kentucky. Alongside their academic achievements, they have also acquired additional certifications, including Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) from the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA), Accreditation in Medical Sales (AMS) from the Healthcare Industry Distributor's Association, and LSS White Belt in 2008.
