Marissa Collen Williams

Marissa Collen Williams has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Marissa currently holds the position of Vice President, Strategic Initiatives at Cencora since November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, Internal Communications at Cencora from November 2021 to November 2023.

Before joining Cencora, Marissa worked at AmerisourceBergen where they held several positions. Their roles included Senior Director, Internal Business Communications from October 2020 to November 2021, Director, Internal Business Communications - Commercialization Services and Animal Health from January 2020 to October 2020, Director, Executive Communications from September 2017 to January 2020, and Manager, Internal Business Communications from October 2015 to September 2017.

Marissa also had prior experience at the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce as the Manager, Marketing and Communications from March 2013 to October 2015, and at the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia as the Manager of Marketing and Membership from June 2010 to March 2013.

Their earlier roles include Assistant Public Information Officer at the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance from July 2007 to July 2010, Intern - Corporate Communications Office at International Data Group from September 2006 to May 2007, and Intern - Executive Division at the New York State Office of the State Comptroller from June 2004 to September 2006.

Marissa Collen Williams received their B.A. in Communication Studies from Northeastern University from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Guilderland High School from 1999 to 2003.
