Ronita Griffin

Ronita Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Ronita is currently working at Cencora as the Senior Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition. Before that, they held a long-term role at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Vice President of Global Talent Attraction & Acquisition. Ronita also worked at Life Technologies, where they held various positions including Diversity and Inclusion Leader, HR Director for Global Information Technology, Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Human Resources for Americas Sales, and HR and Talent Acquisition Leader for Global R&D. Prior to Life Technologies, they worked at Pfizer as the Manager of Strategic Staffing Group, and at Merck and GlaxoSmith Kline as a Sr. Staffing Consultant and Staffing Consultant, respectively. Ronita began their career at Metro Information Services as a Recruiter and later served as the Business Development Manager.

Ronita Griffin received a BA in English Arts from Hampton University in 1996.
