Jennifer Hansen has a wide range of work experience in the customer service and operations fields. Jennifer has spent several years at Discover Financial Services, where they held various roles including Customer Service Department Manager, Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Trainer, Customer Service Quality Manager, Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Service Specialist, and Customer Service Data Entry. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and delivery of customer service, as well as managing teams and ensuring exceptional customer service.

In 2016, Jennifer joined Conga, where they held leadership positions such as Director Support Operations and Director Technical Support. Their responsibilities included managing support operations, overseeing technical support services, enhancing processes, and driving customer satisfaction. Jennifer also played a key role in the consolidation and transformation of processes, systems, and reporting during two separate acquisitions.

Most recently, they were the Operations Transformation Director at Cendyn, where they oversaw the transformation of operations and implemented strategies to drive performance and increase customer satisfaction.

Jennifer Hansen studied at Salt Lake Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Business Administration and Management. Jennifer also holds certifications in Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI & Analytics from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and in the Mastering Leadership Program from Westminster College.
