Elaine Johnson

Elaine (Johnson) Matt, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cenergistic since June 2023. Prior to this role, Elaine held multiple positions at 7-Eleven, culminating as Sr. Director of Corporate Human Resources from April 2019 to May 2023. Elaine also worked at RealPage, Inc. between June 2016 and April 2019, where responsibilities included Senior Director for both HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition. Earlier experience includes various HR roles at Hunt Consolidated, Inc. from December 2000 to April 2016, and as an HR Generalist at Bowne Business Solutions from 1997 to 1999. Elaine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwestern University in 1996.
