Ariel C. has extensive work experience in various industries. They started their career as a server, togo, quality assurance, and barback at Chili's Bar and Grill from 2009 to 2013. They then worked as a phlebotomist at Intermountain Healthcare in 2014 and at ARUP Laboratories from 2015 to 2016. Afterwards, Ariel C. worked as a shift supervisor at Starbucks from 2014 to 2015. They also had experience as a barista/roaster at Jack Mormon Coffee Company in 2016. Ariel C. then worked as a lead sales manager and keyholder at Guideboat Company from 2016 to 2018, and as a sales specialist at Shinola from 2018 to 2020. They served as a bartender at Town Tavern from 2019 to 2020 and as a trainer/nutritional coach at Sequoia Fitness from 2019 to 2021. Their current position is laboratory lead, PMBC coordinator, and study coordinator at JBR Clinical Research, which they started in 2021.

Ariel C. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences - Metabolism and Physiology from the University of California, Berkeley from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they studied Nutrition Sciences at College of Alameda from 2017 to 2019 and at Berkeley City College from 2016 to 2018. Ariel also pursued Biology, General at Mesa Community College from 2011 to 2013 after earning their High School Diploma in Mathematics and English from Cedar High School in 2011. In terms of certifications, Ariel obtained CF-L1 Trainer from CrossFit, Inc. in October 2019, ServSafe Food Handler from the National Restaurant Association in February 2019, and First Aid/CPR/AED Certification from the American Red Cross in August 2017.
